After being promoted by Michael Corleone to Don of New York, players expand to new cities, as they build up their families through extorting businesses monopolizing illegal crime rings and defeating new families in an effort to become the most powerful mob family in America. To help players manage their empire, The Godfather II introduces The Dons View an innovative strategy meta-game that allows players to oversee the entire world as they grow the family business. Using the Dons View, players will be able to build, defend and expand their crime rings, while keeping an eye on the movements and plans of the rival families. Players will also learn to master
the business of organized crime by building a family of Made Men, hiring crew, handing out orders, and promoting their best men up the ranks.

Set in a stunning open-world environment, The Godfather II expands on the popular gameplay mechanics of the first game and doubles down on the series signature BlackHand control scheme, which now features even more visceral hand-to-hand brutality at your fingertips, introducing a new combo system pressure tactics and executions. Each family member specializes in a specific field such as demolitions arson, engineering, first-aid and more. World In Conflict – Complete Edition 2009

For anyone who missed Massive Entertainment’s World in Conflict when it was shipped in late 2007, the newly released Complete Edition is an easy recommendation. It includes the original content along with what comes along with the Soviet Assault add-on.

The game offers some fantastic real-time tactical gameplay mixing control of tanks, troops, transports, artillery, and airborne units with the ability to call in a variety of bombs and explosive strikes on the battlefield. In addition, it features a campaign driven by a slickly presented storyline built around the idea of the Soviet Union invading the United States in 1989. The characters are strong, the cut-scenes well-directed and written, and the way the resource system, unit production, and special abilities are integrated and streamlined provides for some accessible, energetic gameplay that’s even better online. Included in the Complete Edition are six campaign missions new to the game presented from
the perspective of the Soviet forces.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor is a japanese-style turn-based strategy role-playing game. Player controls up to four characters, each of which can have a party of up to two “demon” monsters. Whenever a battle unit (a player character or an enemy) attacks another unit, battle switches to a functional – not just graphical – first person turn-based battle mode similar to that found in many games from the Dragon Quest or Mother series.

Each character or monster from the battling units can take one turn before battle switches back to strategy mode. One additional turn can be acquired by each friendly and enemy character or demon through ability use and exploiting enemy weaknesses, like in Persona 3 and Persona 4. Whenever the unit leader dies, the first-person battle is automatically over. Player characters are always unit leaders. They can be supported with up to two demons. If demons die, they can be brought back with spells and abilities; alternatively, another demons player earned, bought or otherwise acquired can be brought in instead of the fallen ones. Demons and characters never die entirely and are fully resurrected after each battle, except if they die in specially scripted circumstances as required by story progression. Apart from attacking, units can move, summon demons (only leaders can do that), unsummon demons to open party slots, and use most of their non-offensive abilities right on the field.

Outside of battles, players interact with different locations on the Tokyo map via a menu. They can participate in scenes and initiate dialogue, and choices strongly affect the nonlinear story. Demon fusion, staple of Megami Tensei series, is present and arguably is the biggest part of the non-battle gameplay. Players can purchase demons on the auction or fuse two demons they own into a new one. A handy “search” function, which allows to quickly see which of the available fusions bear which results, is implemented.

Dawn of Discovery takes place in the year 1404, when King Georges land is suffering from severe droughts and brutal famine. Aware of his peoples distress, the king calls on his two sons, William and Edward, to acquire new territories in order to produce enough goods to satisfy the needs of his empires inhabitants. Whereas Edward suggests aggressive means to collect the precious resources, his brother William offers a peaceful solution, proposing to explore new and unsettled lands in the south of the kingdom With his Fathers blessing, William heads south to the mysterious Orient and returns with valuable new technologies such as the water pump that allows dry lands to be cultivated in order to produce enough food for the people But there are still many unmet needs within the kings empire, and players are tasked with the mission of fulfilling those needs while both expanding and sustaining the vast society
