Drink contaminated beverages, Indonesian Hotel sued

After received soap contaminated beverages from the servant of Kahyangan Restaurant, Hotman Paris & Partners client sued Hotel Nikko.

The incident began when Edy and Yuliana came to Kahyangan Restorant in July 30th, 2009 and order lemon tea, passion fruit, also simple syrup. But the servant brought to them the beverages that contaminated with soap.

The worst, they immediately drunk the beverages then going sick and almost faint. In traumatic and heavy stressed condition the victims taken care at Pondok Indah Kapuk Hospital.
