GTA IV for PC is planned to be present on 3 December 2008 at the United States. In the PC version will be available excellence video editing capabilities.

As quoted from CVG, Mon (24/11/2008), a video editor is available as part of the GTA for PC games. Players can record the scenes in the game and editing it.

The all new Video Editor feature allows you to capture in-game footage, make real time edits and render those clips out as WMV movie files. The clips can also be spliced together into a video complete with post effects like music, text and transitions, and other features typically found in video editing suites.

By pressing F2, automatically about 30 or 40 last seconds in the game will be recorded. Then with the editor, the image can be cropped and modified using various filters.

The camera angle can be changed according to your choice. For example, the camera can follow the main character Niko Belic movement in the Liberty City even you can follow the rocket movement that launched from a rocket launcher.

You can then share your video(s) with others to view and rate in Rockstar Games Social Club TV.

If GTA IV is released to the market, there will be many user-made videos that spreads the Internet. At the moment, RockStar just create some video sample using the editor.
