Indonesian carrier Indosat, submitted The RIM BlackBerry Bold on October 17, 2008 to its 500 customer who had been pre-ordered the handset. Indosat customer purchased The Bold for US$872 with additional special 5% discount. Indosat previously announced the BlackBerry Bold for its customer in August 28, 2008 including the services package pricing.
Indosat is the first carrier who brought 'The Greatest Smartphone' BlackBerry in Indonesia since 2004. And became the official partner of RIM International for Indonesia.
