Telecommunications company, T-Mobile decided to stop sales and recall Nokia 5610 XpressMusic mobile phone handset because this is considered problematic.

Quoted from Pocket-lint, on Thursday (13/11/2008), the T-Mobile recall program will be conducted throughout the United States (U.S.).

Confirmed by a spokesperson for T-Mobile, the reason for withdrawal because of a defect in some handset models that are influential in the mobile phone display. Instead, T-Mobile offers its customers the Nokia 6301 or 5310 as a replacement.

Further, Nokia spokesman stressed that the handset recall is only done in the U.S., so that consumers in other country such as the UK do not need to worry there will be a similar action.
